Hi! My name is Sarah and I’m so excited to be your accountability coach! My husband and I are the owners of Body BaYou and we’ve had the honor of guiding hundreds of clients toward life-altering results since 2009. We have three wonderful children, with one on the way, are the corporate trainers for the Fitbanx and GripBell apps, and we love bringing hope into the lives of people through fitness! How to Use FitBanx
Accountability
You are about to embark on a journey that is going to be challenging, yet rewarding. Developing new habits doesn’t come easy for some; however, when done carefully, learning new practices can bring great reward! There may be moments where you don’t follow the plan completely…and that’s ok. I do not expect perfection. You have hired me to hold you accountable to your goals and I will do that with grace…or tough love; whichever you need! If at any time you skip a workout or eat food that’s not a part of your goals, there is no need to be embarrassed. It is all part of the process of programming your mind to stay consistent with these new habits. I am here to help you through all of your successful and not-so-successful moments. You never have to be afraid to communicate with me about how you are feeling at any point in time.
On this journey, communication is going to be a two-way street. I will check in on you weekly and I will need you to check in with me weekly. Part of your communication to me is logging your food, recording your weight in Fat Secret, and sending me your progress photos through FitBanx. You can do that by following the important steps below:
Expectations
Log your food in FatSecret by using a food scale for accuracy. I will check your logs on a daily-weekly basis.
Record your weight: Log your weight upon waking every day or once a week in FatSecret.
Send me a full body photo in shorts and sports bra (if applicable) every Friday through FitBanx. It’s best to wear the same clothing each time for comparison. Please supply me with clear full-body images from:
The front with arms at your side
The side with arms up, leaving your mid-section visible
The back with arms at side.
Measure your body at the following points on the 1st and 4th Friday of each workout block.
right arm at the midpoint between your shoulder and elbow
chest at the areoles
waist at the belly button
hips at the largest point of the buttocks
right thigh at the midpoint between your knee and hip crease
right calf at the largest point.
When Do We Get Started?
I will personally reach out to you regarding your official start date. For now, you’ll simply supply me with the information above (photos and food logs) so I can customize this experience for you. I am so excited to walk alongside you on your journey towards better health! If you have any questions prior to beginning, you may reach me through text message during the office hours below.
